10 Disciplines

This is the page with links to each of the resources for the class called the 10 Disciplines. These “disciplines” are practices that Mark has pulled together over the course of more than 30 years of working with folks who want to be more connected to themselves and better at showing up in relationships with others that are safe and satisfying. They tend to build in each other so it makes sense to study and practice them in order, but feel free to skip around if that suits your needs better.
